Abstract
The potential of social media as a channel via which businesses can communicate with their ideal customers is becoming increasingly obvious to an increasing number of companies. As a marketing business, we assist these organisations by building and implementing social media strategies that engage both new and existing customers. These tactics are designed to attract new customers. One of the many jobs that we take on is the production of a campaign that is successful in terms of the social media experience.
